Made from a soft lightweight cotton blend the dress features a hand smocked and embroidered panel to the bodice, embroidered flowers to the scalloped collar and bodice. Pretty horizontal pleating to the dress skirt and button detailing to the bodice complete the look. Dress is lined and button fastens to the back.
