Returns & Refunds

We are happy to refund or exchange any item 21 days from the date of arrival if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase (subject to our terms and conditions).

Please note that sale items must be returned within 14 days of arrival.

Please make sure your items are returned as new in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached to the item(s), and in its original packaging.

Please note that shoes must be returned in the original manufacturers box, we are unable to accept returned shoes unless they are in their original box.

Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please Note: Payment plan items are credit note only.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at that you wish to return an item(s). We will send you the address to send your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Place the item(s) in their original packaging into a postage bag/box and send via a secure tracked mailing method, we recommend Royal Mail, please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage and that the service provides adequate cover should the parcel go missing, (we will not be responsible for parcels that go missing in the post).

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception, if you believe an item(s) to be faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can offer an exchange or a refund. After 7 days the order will be accepted by you and assumed to be correct and not faulty or damaged, meaning that no refund or exchange will be offered.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of an item(s) as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed in the garment care label.

If you have received the wrong item or the incorrect size please email us at so that we can rectify the error.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process and depending on your bank it can take 3-5 days for the payment to be credited back to your account.

PLEASE NOTE -  Sale items must be returned within 14 days of shipment date and are credit note only (this includes items purchased during a flash sale, and items purchased using a discount code above 10%)

More Information

Original shipping charge is non-refundable - if you received free shipping for spending over a certain amount and your refund takes your total order amount under the spend threshold we will also deduct the appropriate shipping fee from your refund.
