Made in a medium weight red, navy and white tartan from a cotton/polyester blend fabric the dress has a central panel at the front trimmed with two red grosgrain ribbons, a frill runs from the edges of the panel at the front and across the back, frill, hem, cuffs and neckline are trimmed in red cotton. Popper fastens at the back.
