AW22 Phi Clothing Blue Tartan Dungaree Skirt

Adorable dungaree skirt from Portuguese brand Phi.  Made from a medium weight cotton blue, brown, burgundy and beige tartan, the skirt has a dungaree style bib and shoulder straps that cross over at the back. Tow large brown velvet bows to the front add a pretty touch. Back of skirt is elasticated.
